One cool minute, every morning.

Keep the globes in the fridge, not the freezer, for at least 30 minutes.
2Glide
On clean skin, roll outwards and upwards over cheeks, under-eyes and jaw for one to two minutes.
3Wipe and store
Wipe with a soft cloth and pop them back in the fridge, ready for tomorrow.
