How to use
Cleanse and dry your face. Put the mask on and adjust the straps. Choose your colour on the controller, press start, wear the protective goggles or silicone eye pieces, or keep your eyes closed, and relax for 10 minutes. It switches off on its own. Use 3–5 times a week (no more than once a day) and compare photos at week six.

Does LED actually do anything?
It isn't magic and it isn't instant. Use it 10 minutes, a few times a week, and give it 4–8 weeks of consistent use. Results vary — and you have 30 days to decide.
Will I actually keep using it?
That's why it has a cordless, battery-powered controller. Wear it on the couch, in bed or while you read, with no plugging in mid-session. Busy evening? A 10-minute session is all it takes.
How is it different from $500+ masks?
Premium masks often have more LEDs and cost $400–$700 or more.
